- Customer provided designs or photos
- Personalized prints
- Custom name or text prints
- Any order marked as custom at checkout
Reason: Custom printed items are made specifically for individual customers and cannot be resold to others. All custom orders are final sale. Please review your custom design carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted design errors.
REFUND POLICY
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 working days
- Refund issued via same payment method
- COD orders refunded via EasyPaisa or JazzCash
